Business Listing directory for food

I want to create a business directory listing web app, maybe also a mobile application. The idea of the app is to rate a special menu and not a restaurant, for example, I want to eat the best pizza, where is it nearby, or where is the best burger in the town. The ListingPro wordpress theme, has all the functionality I want, so maybe if there is someone who knows this theme very well, would be suitable for the job. Also for mobile app, I prefer to be done in react native
