Built a Wordpress Hosting Server_Virtual machine

Background:
We need to setup a server similar to
take a look at a plan with [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) aka UVPS and added cPanel/WHM License ( if cpanel need to pay please advise an alternative for web console for server management)
[login to view URL] u can see this is a UVPS only provide operating system + cpanel and nothing else.
[login to view URL] will like to create a similar setup on our local server.
[login to view URL] this as a ready hosting server for wordpress only.
4. DNS and mail service will be external.
5. the server will be running on a virtual machine.
what I need:
1. using cpanel ( pre-insatll) _ CentOS6.6
• cPanel® & WHM 11 ( Propose an alternative )
• CentOS 6 x86_64
• Apache 2.2
• MySQL 5.5
• PHP 5.6
• Perl 5.10
• Python 2.6
• Ruby 1.8
• Postfix 2.8
• YUM package management
2. set it up as a hosting server ( multiple site), ( all the standard feature of a hosting environment.
3. php using 5.6 , will be able to customise php setting base on per domain ( some custom module need to be enable)
Necessary server configuration:
• apache 2
• php 5.6
• environment linux
• Configuring a reverse proxy in apache CH1L1
PHP extensions:
• ioncube (info here [login to view URL] )
• SOAP
• DOM
• simpleXML
• HASH
[login to view URL] DNS to update the registar for domain. www,[login to view URL]
[login to view URL] u a revers proxy this is to be place in the [login to view URL] and any other module to made the reverse proxy work.

there will be no early or pre release of milestone.
time slot :2~3 day.
This is a fresh installation; will only provide root and Ssh access to complete the task.
Please advise on
1. Security issue: the security part of the server (example modsecurity and maldet along with firewall settings). What will u be doing in this part
2. I have added Softaculous License, to the cpanel/WHM ( please propose an alternative )
3. i will need the ability to custom the php setting (setting/version of PHP) for various host when it arise there will be tools on the cpanel to let me do it.
4. Mail security. What will be done to cover the avoids spam &etc.
5. i will like to use the registar name server
