100957 Wordpress expert needed

I have designed a layout for wordpress. I need it converting to a theme. I will provide the xhtml and css for the design - I need a programmer to create a wordpress theme from the design. The theme must not interfere with the working of the wordpress script. I should still be able to use the features of wordpress that I need. It should appear on the themes page of the presentation area of the wordpress admin so I can easily switch between the theme you create and other themes. Programmer will also be required to set up an rss feed for my blog.
