Woocommerce site needs face lift

Hi, I have a woo-commerce website [login to view URL] which needs the home page redesigned, mostly graphic work so that it looks professional and also mobile phone headers need adding with click to call. Colour scheme - yellow/white/grey is good start

1 Header where there a CCTV Wholesales logo - change so it looks similar to [login to view URL] you can put our phone number so it's over the 2 cameras. Don't need the "trade accounts available" Need our company address in the header.
2 The current smart slide show needs redesigning ( graphics ) the contents at [login to view URL] are correct
3 The images which link to category need redesigning so they look professional
4 Background colour scheme needs changing
5 The "latest products" Product Box’s should be the same height and the add to cart looks out of place, needs repositioning.
6 The Smart tracking PTZ banner needs redesigning
7 footer needs tidying up and include social media links as per our current site [login to view URL]
8 product page needs reformatting The product title is too big and the add to cart/add to wish list/add to quote looks out of place.
9 Site load is quite slow , needs correcting.
10 Checkout page – the credit card images are to big , need resizing
11 Mobile phone view – products should be listed in 2 columns – just like our current side [login to view URL]
