Hi! For internal use, I want to develop a way to control a remote desktop and integrate on my software. We have a group of 10 employees who support approximately 100 customers. We need to develop a way to get access to the remote desktop of these 100 customers. It will work like this: 1 - Customers will request a service (customer side). Through a manager program, the supervisor will view all requests 2 - The supervisor will direct the request to an attendant. 3 - Through a attendant program, the attendant will connect to the client machine. 4 - At any time, the supervisor can (or no) change the request attendant. 5 - The attendant ends the service. We need sources to add to our project. Can you develop this functionality?
