We are on Macintosh and have built our site via Dreamweaver http://www.VenusDivas.com. We want to streamline our user experience. Over the years we have outsourced our boards, mailing list, etc. and people need a separate sign in for everything they do on our site. I am not sure what it takes to build our own user experience (database, email list, bulletin boards, chat, ecards, etc.), but we would like to know what it would take.
