Dear Sir or Madam,
we are a large trading company of electronic products and have been working with our German partner for a very long time. Now we are starting our own online presence and are looking for a freelancer to copy an existing online shop of our partner. The online shop to be copied is this: [login to view URL]
Now the question naturally arises: what should be copied or replicated and what not?
The answer is: Everything except the products should be copied or imitated. The online shop has over 350,000 products. These can be ignored by the freelancer and do not need to be dug.
Everything else, however, the freelancer must copy and rebuild.
In the end, the same shop (with backend and admin area for shop administration, mass price adjustment etc.) should be created under a new domain and on a new hosting, but without the products.
So the design, the structure, the texts, the pages, the categories, the pictures, simply everything must be taken over and be the same.
The adaptation of the text, the contact information, the logo must be changed as well as some other things and this will be discussed individually with the freelancer.
The shop must also be optimised and run optimally in terms of performance. A suitable server will be provided by us. The shop system in which the shop is reproduced is not fixed. Here the freelancer can also make suggestions. IBM Websphere is the CMS on which [login to view URL] runs.
The agreement you make with the freelancer, about time and money are binding! A renegotiation is not possible. Every dubious freelancer will be reported immediately!
The only noticeable difference must be the domains! Everything else must be the same!
We have the notarised permission of our partner to copy the complete online shop and to use the files in their entirety. There is no access, CSV or anything else for the freelancer! He has to copy everything himself, we can't help with anything.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide access data , as this is not possible for security reasons.
All further information will be disclosed individually and discussed with the possible freelancer.
