Local Deal App and Site -- 2

UPDATE 1-10-17 - The freelancer working on this project did not complete the project after receiving full payment. I would like to simplify the project a bit and focus more on the apps rather than the website. Please read below details and bid accordingly. I would like to finish this project in a timely manner. I'm going to try this again. To be clear, I would like bids on a COMPLETE PACKAGE of the following: iPhone app, android app, and website! I would like build a Local Deal App that allows local businesses to post daily/weekly deals. I would like my clients to be able to log in and input their own business information and description. I would like them to be able to upload a couple of photos of either the deal or for the business. I would like them to input several fields that will generate the deal/coupon. They also check which category they would like to fall under (ie restaurant, real estate, flower shop, etc). If they want multiple categories then it will be an extra charge. Their will be multiple levels of membership. For example, bottom level will simply be a directory (just business info, no coupons). Middle level will be businesses that would like to add coupons and be featured on facebook updates but do not want to be a "featured business" on the site and app. Top level will be the featured businesses which will show on top of every category. These featured businesses must randomly rotate to be viewed equally on top of category. As far as printing coupons and redeeming deals, i am looking for ideas on how to go about this. Some businesses might want to limit the amount of coupons used or limit coupons per person. Some might want no limitations at all. Some might be ok with just a "mention this ad" to get the deal. Ideas are welcomed in this section... I am not sure if I want some sort of rating system for each deal such as the thumbs up or down. However, I would like new deals that are posted to the website to be automatically shared on facebook. If people are able to log into the app with their facebook pages to leave comments. I'm not trying to make this too complicated and expensive. Would like to limit the client to upload new deals only once a week or once a month. Also, i would like to have a daily deal that is featured on top of all categories. Same concept, just a way better deal that will draw people to the site daily. I would like to give viewers on the site to be able to text or email coupons to themselves or friends. I would also like them to be able to join a mailing list to be notified once new deals are posted - they can choose all categories or a few. I would viewers to be able to search by category, by proximity, by date posted, etc. I tried to be as detailed as possible. I'm sure other items will come up. I DO NOT HAVE A BIG BUDGET SO IF YOU'RE WILLING TO TAKE THIS ON TO HELP RATINGS AND PROFILE, THAT WOULD BE GREAT.
