Want ability to reduce and revise wording after initial redesign

Open to use current images if used to make redesign have some consistency but open to new images if needed.
Want people to navigate through it easier and important to get rid of the bugs/slowness in it.

Template should be for a consulting firm because I'm a very small consulting firm and want to give less big corporate feel and more boutique high touch approach. Lots a women for the business seek me out and I want to invite them in to an experience if that makes sense and feels right for them as much for others (men) interested in my services
I want to maintain a similar color scheme found in the Logo and continue using the current logo.
