Convert an html site to ASP.net (VB.net) CMS site

I have an information site and I would like to convert that to ASP.net (VB.net) CM Site. The design needs to be exactly replicated in ASP.net CMS with VB.net as programming language. An easy backend to manage information in all the information pages is required. The outcomes must be w3c validated, optimized for speed, secured and mobile responsive. The project is urgent and requires to be completed in 7 days.
