Cashback / Referral Site

We are looking to create a website which is essentially a cashback scheme. An example of the type of website we are looking for is [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or www.ebates.com. We would like to combine the best features of these websites to create our own website with a slightly modified concept. The concept of our website is that we want to encourage our members to place bets with bookmakers. This is how we will make our money, as the bookmakers will pay us a commission for every sale that we generate. Therefore, we want to encourage our members to place as many bets as possible. In order to do this, we will operate a referral scheme, whereby users can earn "points" by signing up for offers and referring friends. They will then be able to cash out these points to get free gifts such as XBOX 360, IPODs or Plasma TVs. To join the scheme, the customer must first sign up for a specified offer. They will then get a membership number and access to their account with a referral link. Once they have joined, they can earn points by signing up for more offers. They can also get more points by referring their friends. They will be given 100% of the points the friend earns by signing up for the first offer (the new customer always begin with zero points after joining the first offer). As well as the affiliate part of the site, we also need to be able to manager banners with the latest bookmaker offers. It would be useful if we could use a banner manager, if not then I guess something like i-frames would do. If you want us to select your bid, don't just bid. This is obviously quite a big project, so we need to be 100% sure you know what you are doing. We want to hear your ideas and input into how we can make the site function.
