Build a Website Using the Divi Theme 1

I need to use the divi theme: [login to view URL] I need to use the Divi theme because I have unlimited access to this and I will be giving it away to clients.
The theme is already uploaded on the site and a child theme is created. Please only use the child theme if you do any custom changes to template files.
I want the template to look kind of like this website: [login to view URL] But I want to make sure it is not a direct copy of it. I want it to be different enough that it does not look like this
Pages:
• Homepage - I want a homepage created the same with these differences:
o The menu bar can be like the divi theme
o Instead of a video I want to use an image of a person.
o In the blog section, I want the images to be rectangular and not square.
o I want the sidebar area to be a place for social buttons to follow and a place that has text for entering what the website is about.
o In the next section where it says "take a free email course" I want this to be a section that says "Buy my book" and it has a book on the left and a description area and button on the right.
o Then I want a section for popular posts (we can use a plugin for this). Maybe just show 3 or 4 popular posts and make the image rectangular.
• Blog Page: Look like this: [login to view URL] but make the image rectangular
• About page: use "about me" page template in Divi theme
o In the section that says "This is my story" remove the bar graphs
o Then the only other section that I want is the same type of section you include on the homepage about the book
• Post page - You are free to design something that you think matches the website
