i want to build a website with cms where users can register and post listings (with contact information, photos etc) that are approved by an administrator which then appear live on the website, these listings can be updated, edited and removed by the administrator or will expire and automatically delete after a period of time.
contact details on listings should only be accessible by other registered users who are logged in.
the website should implement maps such as leafletjs or mapbox for locations on listings.
the design can be made with wordpress, joomla or something else or from scratch.
the designer should have a good understanding of english.
this job will be ongoing for the right person, the idea is to start off small and continually expand and upgrade the website with new features.
