OVERVIEW OF PROJECT
Our company name is Huuggun. We need a complicated website built similar to “AirBnB”.
The goal of the company is to profit via fees from transactions made from "Hosts" & "Guests" in private residential & commercial rentals of pools & hot tubs.

But that's okay, we are Canadian and will focus more on the Hot Tub side as this is not the main focus of swimply.

For example: Bob can't afford to buy his own pool. His town doesn't have a public pool available either. Bob decides to use our new website, "Huuggun". Huuggun connects Bob with local people in his area who list their pool for a rental fee. Bob chooses the pool that best fits his criteria from Huugguns local listings which is Megan's. Bob reserves his time to use the pool & makes an online payment via credit card. Huuggun's website sends a notication back to Megan letting her know that Bob is coming for a swim. Huuggun receives the payment, takes their listing fees from Bob, and sends the hourly rate set by Megan to her bank account. Bob gets to swim in Megans pool, while Megan earns her hourly rental rate.
If you have any familiarity with “Ruby on Rails” this could be the job for you.
I am familiar only with designing websites from premade templates such as wordpress and weebly and I am pretty sure this job will be more complex than that.
(Some of the freelancers have brought up a good point that the business model would likely work better as an app. I would like first that it become a website that is mobile friendly as well. I would like the same person to build the app if possible. I understand this process will be way more expensive than the budget, but I will seperate the jobs entirely. I will consider anyone who has built an app before as an asset in receiving the job.)
The goal of the company is to create a community of people who have pools & hot tubs. The community will have “Guests” & “Hosts”. The guests are people interested in renting a private pool or Hot Tub in a residential or commercial environment for leisure use. The hosts are people interested in earning income from renting out their pool or hot tub, at their residence or their business for use.
