Build Me A Website

I am a highly experienced senior Customer Service, Customer Experience and Contact Centre professional with considerable transferable skills and a proven track record of achievement and expertise from over 40 years in roles with well-known companies in different industry sectors. I am a champion of customer centricity and a specialist in transforming business performance by using a unique Service Excellence Model designed to assess, diagnose and identify how to do best what matters most to improve customer service and enhance the customer experience. Until recently I have gained assignments through specialist agencies or my own network but this route to market has proved to be very unfruitful in the past 3 years so I need to take a different approach to finding new opportunities. The objective is to ‘package’ my expertise and experience into a service offering under a new company name that I can promote directly to a target market as a business that can help companies improve or transform the performance of their contact centre or customer service operations. The service offering is a unique combination of my extensive expertise and a Service Excellence Model, which is a diagnostic and solution toolkit specifically designed for the purpose. The proposed name for the new company is Brighter Service and the Service Excellence Model will use the trademark name of ServicEx™ for its component parts.
