Build me two websites optionally with animations + Copywriting

Important! We totally don't have any feeling for graphics, layout or any sense nor skills needed for website. We need full advice. Actually, it doesn't really matter what colors or shapes you will use - we just require a good, simple website. Some simple instruction movie/animation seems to by a good idea. We would like to create two separate websites of different names and URL's: 1. international debt collection website Thanks to our experience, we can proceed legally, European debt execution where others throw in the towel. A standard Dutch debt collection company stops when the debtor goes abroad - we don't. Also, we are active in The Netherlands as well. We assist hardworking people who didn't get paid by their clients. We don't bla bla bla - we just sue the debtor and go for any legal remedy to get the client paid. Our office in Amsterdam can be shown on the website - see attachment. 2. instant purchase of indebted real estate We are helping people who own a house but due to some life turbulences need cash very urgently. Standard selling procedure is time-consuming and expensive. We can finalize the sell very fast - even 24 hours for an honest selling price. The website's graphic should be in line with Dutch houses, Dutch cities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam) Maybe we could place a simple cartoon movie/ animation or something like that explaining the deal. Something like sitting at home, having debts, bailiff bouncing on the door, more and more unpaid bills, sad faces. And then they call us, tell us the address we check and next day we buy the house - and they are happy without debts. It's just an idea - you can make it differently. Info regarding both websites: - We are a Dutch company, located in Amsterdam. - The company's details, like phone number, address, VAT number will be published on the website. - Due to security reasons, we can't show our team. - The possibility to edit the website by us would be necessary. - Can you provide full text of the website in English? A short standard description is enough - if you are a talented editor, you can make a long story. - Regarding the language: it should be in English with option to add more languages. - The goal of both websites is to let the customer call us. As a professional party, we'll sigh a  non-disclosure agreement (NDA). If you can fully unburden us, we'll be overjoyed. Please provide us some ideas, price indication, etc. Thank you in advance.
