build an optimized database and frontend with django/bootstrap

I have a bunch of data that I need to store in an optimized database and be able to quickly search with a front end. There should be 3 pages to start: 1) Dashboard page -- this is the home page that provides statistics of the data 2) Upload page - this page allows us to upload the data as a file. It should read the file and allow us the ability to specify what columns go to what data. We should be able to create new columns for the database if needed 3) search page, the dashboard should have a search function which allows us to search the database for any field and show the results.
