[login to view URL] Introduction We are a UK based business; trading over 20 years… we need a team to build the concept of [login to view URL] (QND) The site is a one –stop web-design solution for small businesses in the UK, to choose a template design (mainly from [login to view URL]) and then we will host, email, cms and SEO the site. The logic flow is that 1, the client chooses a design, this can be a visual jpg or flash link of [login to view URL] etc, and then we will download the template and then rebuild it, all within 72 hours, keeping some of the flash, and personalising the template to clients requirements, and rebuilding it in our own CMS system, and design 3 banners 2, We have our own servers and we will host the site, and give 20 pop 3 email accounts for free 3, We will manage and provide/register 2 domain names per year, charge for more 4, We will provide basic SEO and submissions 5, By having our own CMS tool, we will provide free content changes, within 2 business hours (UK time), via email... ( ie the client doesn’t need to learn or have any CMS skills, he just sends us a ticket and our staff will do the changes (.doc, .pdf, .jpg, .xls,) so in theory he could do this from a blackberry on the golf course! 6, Provide additional services such, as email newsletter modules, shopping carts, checkout facilities. USP’s The main selling point is that We are not going to charge anything upfront for this service; this is a monthly subscription of £100 per month model….. on a 6 month rolling notice basis, extra modules are obviously added to the fee. This is not a site-builder site, where the client needs skills to do this, it is our intention that this will be sold and marketed via telesales. It is the salespersons job to help the client choose a design; it is the salesperson, who will do all the initial content, and changes to layouts. Which is then passed onto the design and tech team for building. Requirements for Partners What we need is a partner or partners, who can… 1, Design and Build QND, design a cool logo, and devise a marketing theme, to get client to our site, and provide technical support to us, and integrate our API’s and software 2, Be able to take new clients, and rebuild the chosen design into our own CMS tool, within 72 hours. 3, Be able to support on an ongoing basis the CMS tickets, and turn around basic CMS requests/tickets within 2 business hours, UK time, (GMT 9-6 Mon-Fri).. CMS changes will come in on a ticket basis, and will be simple cut and paste, as the client is providing the content; the client is responsible for typos. (A typical Cms change should take no more than 3 minutes.) (New pages and changes to design will be chargeable) 4, Continually and ongoing build and develop the main QND site 5, (this is where we may need other partners) Be able, to deliver quality leads to QND, via QND marketing both online, virally and write/design ads for traditional media. We will be providing substantial monthly market budgets to pay for/get the leads. As we wrote above, our aim is to get people on the phone… not site building… we will have our salespeople to close the deals, this way there will be no need for any partners to phone clients to ask questions. We aim to be a Telephone based, (not only email, which every client hates!!) “WEB SUPPORT MANAGEMENT” team, where the design is only a small part of the business, it is the on-going support on hosting, email, domains, and SEO where we want to make our money. Also, unlike 99% of web-designers, who only sell one-time to clients, we will have an annuity monthly based income. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to work out that 300 clients paying £100 a month, equates to £30,000 a month! Initial Tech Requirements 1, Design and build QND 2, Interface with A, [login to view URL] (domains) B, [login to view URL] C, cpanel D, Build a cms tool, and/or work in joomla E, expertise in SEO/SEM F, provide a CRM tool and database G, Provide on-going support for CMS tickets, and thus build a CMS ticket system H, provide ongoing tech support and design/programming for QND Financials 1, We will pay for the design and build of QND on an agreed, achieved, error free milestones 2, For the provision of QND clients Support, we will pay 30% of the client’s revenue to the partner, every month, on the 25th of every month for the life of the clients, and QND partnership with the successful Partner. With this 30% they are responsible for the support, own staff salaries and SLA of our partnership Ie, 200 clients, will mean £6,000 a month to the support team, so after staff costs, there is still a lot of profit left over for the Partner 3, We will provide substantial marketing budgets, to get enquiries and pay all costs of crucial programmes from others, and fees, including hosting and domains, and CC fees 4, We will offer share/equity, upto 30% of the UK ltd company, to give the incentive to create a long term relationship. This offer is guaranteed and will be underwritten by HSBC in London Notes for Submitting bids (Sorry if these sound hard, but by recent experiences, it will keep hopefully weed out the crazy and unprofessional bids and get the cream to the top!) 1, You must have excellent references and scores, don’t apply if you have no scores or only a few scores on tiny tasks 2, You must have your own fully working web-site/business, which shows your portfolio. (any serious mistakes and/or errors on your site will mean rejection) we will take references and check for quality of coding in portfolios 3, You must be very good/near fluent in English, and understand Business English, and be proactive on the phone to us… (Ie you understand that you don’t call westerner’s Mr Nick, it is Nick or Mr Butterfield, we expect people to have phones and be able to make pro-active calls to us... not just send an email and work solely on msn) 4, You must a proper business address in your country, with modern lines and internet, and power supplies, ie no homeworkers, or people who then re-out source our work 5, Provide back-ups and manuals of all coding and provide guarantees 6, Our payment terms on not negotiable Summary We want to meet a great pro-active partner, and develop a long term relationship, all contracts are done under English Law, so both sides are protected, we guarantee prompt and swift payments, thro SWIFT, and commissions and equity are underwritten via HSBC. At worst we may need a design/tech house, and a SEO/SEM specialist, but hopefully we can find a single partner. Please only reply, if you are serious about a long term profit centre.
