HTML Web Site - Visual Update & Basic SEO

Update look of existing website, add flash news and photo software and add h1-h6, alt tags and change meta.

Below are Highlights of Job:

• Technically an easy job but you will need excellent English to understand the details: Basic web design, SEO skills, CSS and HTML skills required.

Phase I –

Look & Minor Navigation

• Please note existing website at [url removed, login to view] and attached jpegs and web files (not all fit).

• Change the look of site as shown in 4 jpgs (only 2 fit). Detailed written descriptions provided as well. Example: change Shamrock Emblem and bars; change font to: menu, buttons and footers; footers in medium green, etc. Add grey background. Detailed Adobe Illustrator files available (huge files).

• Add one page identical to other pages with different text “Our Philosophy”. Change Our Services” to a rolling text page like most other pages.

• Add Amara Flash News and Slide Show. I will buy load xml/pictures and provide swf code to paste in html code.

• Change last menu item from "links" to "resourses" with drop down items.

• Add html links of menu items at bottom. See pictures.

Phase II

. Listen to and implement your SEO Ideas.

Text and CSS SEO tags

• I will provide updated text from a word document that lists each page with the pages main writing. You need to incorporate with the below in mind.

• Change Meta tags. I will provide small web pages with just head info with slightly different titles, descriptions etc. You just need to use html to cut and paste into head.

• Add 6 or so news stories written by me linked from front page under news section (lower area) (1st couple paragraphs on front page). Not part of navigation system. Simple links to semi permanent pages. Typical but see for example: [url removed, login to view]

• Add h1-h6 and alt tags. Use CSS and (D)HTML set up with larger and bold fonts.

• Last step use site map generator tool and put plain text frame. See example of the current site with the tool (too big to fit files but takes a couple of minutes at website).

5 buttons (buy licese bonds) link to other domains and can lead to more work (not part of project).

This is a more visual project. I have 4 page views which are something like what I have in mind. I need you to bring it togather in clean design with lots of links. Fresh ideas. (Hopefully these load properly.)

H1-6 needs to incorporate the visual design w CSS.

Meta page titles are done.

My think a mixture of short pages like this and longer pages like Privacy page and http://www.highposition.net/.

This is a web page with a sample page of meta tags. These will be provided for each page.

I noted W3 validator comment, plus errors at bottom of webpage. I have run it through and it is pretty clean w/ exception of rss news feeder which has 100's of errors. I believe w/ off the self flash reader this will be elliminated.
