I have a simple one paged PSD webdesign that I would like to convert to a HTML / CSS template based on the Less Framework 4 ([login to view URL]). The website must be compatible with all browsers starting from IE7. Because the Less Framework is used, the website should also be readable on Android and iOS mobile devices. I will test the cross-browser compatibility myself. I would like you to provide a HTML / CSS template with some comments in the source code, so I can easily use this template in my own Django based website. I've attached a very small jpg file of the website so you can get an impression. After accepting your bid, I will send you the PSD file. This is my first Freelancer.com project.
