Website + database + workflow + API for claim management

To apply you must have perfect English skills and be ready to focus your time on our 250 to 400 working hour project with after service contract.
We need a small search engine optimized front end where end-user can upload their claim documents and some back end, like a database to store the uploaded documents(datawarehouse), a connection to a web API to automatically check the claims by a 3rd party, a e-sign solution, a workflow with different sign steps, reporting, user logins for different user groups, a banking API and different GUIs.
We like “ready made” cloud based solutions, for example SharePoint cloud with Workflow add-on or Silanis e-sign ([login to view URL]) but this is not a must and we are open to other solutions which should be researched.
You will get this as a whole project with every step, this includes for example to set up a server (or arrange cloud), implement Google Trackings, Addwords, pre-launch error checks, document process workflow, research how API connection works...
How we will work together:
Step 1. We will discuss the briefing together and you will have the time to research different solutions or details. Then we will fix milestones and time to work for each milestone.
Step 2. DEVELOPMENT: You will develop the different parts and we will have regular skype meetings where we discuss the progress and the next steps twice a week. On the web API you will need to do some research but we will stay in close loop and your research time will be paid.
PAY: We will put the money in for each milestone and you will get a end bonus of 10% of the total project value once it is absolute error free, perfect finished and running live for a month .
Example: Milestone1 is agreed for 50 hours x 10$ we will pay 500$ as milestone + 50$ for end bonus. If Milestone1 is finished we release only the 500$ and 50$ will stay for end payment only released 1 month after going live without problems. Research time will come in addition.
A short check via skype of the freelance chat is necessary.
After finishing this we might need these separate projects:
+ simple Apps as user input interface for IOS, Android, etc. to the same system
+ we will ask you for help for SEO
+ we will arrange a service contract with a monthly fix sum base payment under which we will pay you to help fix problems which might arise later on.
