iPad/Safari/Internet database application needed that shows 4 fields - name + 3 other fields of info. when user types the first three characters of their name into the first field the other fields will then populate from a database with all the other field information. user will then need to mark against their name to show they are in attendance. record of who attended to be able to be exported. there will be approx 150 records or user information.
