Website to Joomla

We would like to have a Joolma website built using the content etc at [login to view URL] Products listed are currently sorted by manufacturer , they also need to be sorted by type (categories similar to [login to view URL] ). We need to be able to easly add categories and put products in the correct category/manufacturer. Editing will be done by a no technical person and so must be striaght forward. Please provide samples of similar works.
