Website Design - Photoshop

We are looking for a freelance graphics designer to develop and refine the look of our website. We are looking for a long term relationship for someone to use across all our web development and catalog, brochure development. Because so much of graphics design is style and orientation of the designer, we are looking for ability and style. We expect it will take a few tries to find the right person. The first task is to convert the front page of our existing website into a new template based on some websites we like. The output will be a layered PSD file, we will take the file and plug it into our system so NO HTML or programming is required. All we need you to do is to make a good high quality design for a retail website. We are looking for people that have experience designing cutting edge fashion website graphics with good conversion rates. Please provide information on overhauls you have done, including before/after pictures if you have them. Designs must be realistically achievable with a high volume retail website with attention to both design and bandwidth constraints. We are targeting a look more like inhabitny dot com . -File Format: Layered PSD File -Skills: Must be expert with Photoshop, Graphics Design, Website Design -Style: We're looking for the right person - attention to detail is critical to your success. -Scope of work: Initial project is front page of our website. All other pages will flow from this one and those will be contracted separately. This project is only for the front page while we look for a good partner. We will give you the address of our current website and you will adapt it to the new look. You are bidding on doing an initial template only. It's likely we will employ 5 or 6 of you to do a template so we can pick someone to work with longer term and flesh out the entire website.
