Site Design - Ecommerce And Logo

We have several businesses that we will need site design for. Feel free to bid on one, some, or all of our projects. When placing your bid, please refer to the project number that you are bidding on.
Project 1. We need a logo. This will be for our website, email, and printed material. We have pieces and parts that we have tried to work with, but cannot make them look good. We are open for suggestions, also. This is probably a 30 minute job for someone that knows what they are doing.
I would like starburst to appear GOLD and be inserted into blue ribbon image (white circle). TEXT inside starburst should read TWA. Company name is The Wynning! Advantage and can be on ribbon or under ribbon, or over circle. PLEASE NOTE THE SPELLING OF WYNNING (not winning), also NOTE exclamation point (should be colored in to match existing colors). Logo should have a transparent background. Files will belong to me upon completion. Files attached - [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], logo-file3.gif.
Project 2. Design a shopping cart site for our book sales. Details are outlined in attached file website-styles.doc.
Project 3. Design an introductory page for accessing our different shopping catalogs.
Project 4. This project will not begin until at least 30 days after book site is set up. We have approximately 400-500 books that are in German (mostly), Italian, Spanish, and a few so-far unidentified. Most of these books are between 50 and 100+ years old. We will need someone who can research these books, complete the information as listed in attached document, and translate to English. We would like to scan the cover, or title page, and submit by email to the winning bidder, and they in turn would submit the information to us.

Project 2 will need the logo from Project 1. I do not have PhotoShop, so all images will need to be delivered to me in jpg, gif, or some other format that can be opened with Paint Shop Pro. Also, we only know HTML and as explained in the attached document, we will need instructions.

Thanks to everyone who has bid on my projects. The attached file is more of what I had in mind when I uploaded logo-file2. I couldn't find this file when I did my project listing. I don't know if this can be made more GOLD looking or not. I would like it to be crisp and clean with a metallic gold look as described in the initial project listing.
I WOULD DEFINITELY LIKE SOME CREATIVE THOUGHTS AS FAR AS THIS LOGO GOES.
