Graphic Slices and Web Integration

I had an artist design a layout for my web site. He has no idea about how to slice and implement this into my web site and it looks horrible. He left Spanish text (used from a template) on the site and this is an English based web site. It looks really bad and needs to be fixed ASAP. Please only bid on this if you can start right away. There are dialog boxes on the web site and they are all going in the same direction. They should be going in opposite direction.
