Email Template for E-Commerce Website

Hi, I am looking for a really truly talented email graphic designer for the confirmation emails of our online store. These are the emails that our customers get when they place an order, an order is dispatched, when they signup to our mailing list, and occassionally when we have to ask them for ID. Most of it will be a really nice template and when that is agreed on, then content for each variant. We will turn your design into HTML and CSS but you need to bear in mind that it will be sliced up so design with this in mind These emails need to be: 500 pixels wide. Reusable - an initial template which can be easily turned into operations and marketing emails. Professional - would it be good enough for companies like Amazon? British Airways? AT&T, Emirates? - That is the quality I need here, when did the last email confirmation really wow you - that's the one I want. Well thought out - think about how the customer uses this email - which questions do they have, how can we reassure them again, also reduce customer service needs by answering their questions. I want your ideas on how to make the customer as happy as we can. Well laid out, the email needs to be usable so that the customer can easily see access to all aspects of the information. Really structured. So we building up the brand here and these are all part of it. I'm interested in entries from contractors who really understand the point of this. Really understand what we want to do, and not just throw a design together. Designers with some inspired ideas. Our website can be seen at [login to view URL] The template should include the company colours from the website our logo (we have versions on white backgrounds available) our contact details and website address (perhaps in a footer) links to our facebook and twitter pages Then the middle area which is going to be editable Order number Date of order Products orders Shipping Service Chosen Delivery Address Link to track order I will require portfolios showing this sort of work already and if you don't have any work of that kind, it may be worth putting something together.
