We installed an SSL cert to ggctd.org. The site looks secure in Chrome. But in Firefox, it appears to not be secure. WPEngine tech team completed the certificate load to the web site. Further detail says that "Not Secure" is shown because the site is not using a private connection. this happens even if i select https:// before the hostname. This may be how it was before the certificate expired: i am not familiar with the site's normal appearance.
