WebScrape Data + Algorithm Creation

I need data pulled from [login to view URL] and displayed in a similar way to [login to view URL] (This Website has an API ) and placed onto my website in a customers my account page. This page would need to be created on my website [login to view URL] (this is currently be recreated on WordPress and will be completed in the next day or two)

Important - I know it is possible to get data from matches played in Public Lobbies from Warzone using the call of duty API. But I am unsure if I can pull data from private lobbies, these are still hosted on the call of duty servers so I assume it is possible. This is very important as I hold tournaments in private lobbies, and need to be able to collect the end game results (amount of kills every player has, and placement) whichever Freelancer can achieve this will get the job. The following is a match I.D from a private match, it is possible this can be used to retrieve the data 122408473250067870818. So Far nobody has found a way to do this so if it is not possible we can leave this part out.

I need to replicate what has been done here on my website ([login to view URL])

When a customer registers to my website they will provide an Activison I.D. I need to use this I.D to automatically pull the data from cod tracker and place it into their my account page on my website as has been done at Zleague.

The Second task:

I would need to use the data from Cod tracker to give players a skill rating (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)

This skill level should be displayed also in their my account page.
