Scraping Expert and Web Developing needed for me

City of Mesa Code Violations - the goal is for us to: be able to get a real-time update of any property as such (source to be provided) be able to filter using available criteria be able to export into excel the filtered information information or columns should include at least Property Address, City, State, Zip, Owner's Name & Last Name, APN (if applicable) 2.
