This simple project has two parts:
1. Use [url removed, login to view] to collect historical lists of attorneys/agents allowed to practice before the US patent office (USPTO). The lists are available for years 2000-2017, through the following two links. Note that for each state (+other countries and armed forces) there is a text file with a predefined format. These lists should be available for years 2000, 2004, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017. If there are more years available that I missed, I need them also. For each year, I need a well-formatted CSV file with one full record (including state) per row. The links: ([url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view]) ([url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view])
2. Get the current list of practicing agents/attorneys from the USPTO site at this link ([url removed, login to view]). For each practitioner, there is an ID number. Use that ID number to get additional fields of data for each practitioner (like “Date registered as attorney” etc.) by plugging in the ID number into the search query (for example: [url removed, login to view]). Create a CSV file from the results with all the fields returned by the search. Note that it is very important that the website is queried in a respectable way — without the risk of overloading it with requests.

Hi sir, I'm professional web data extractor, I have had a look on this site, I can write a script to pull all lists down on this site, wait for your reply, I can do a sample for you, thanks. Regards Nathan.
Hi there, I have checked both the website links in description.. I will use a custom scraper to get this done. I also have good web scraping reviews for my past projects.
