Import Live Scores into Excel - open to bidding

Hi there,
I am looking for assistance developing a spread sheet, that takes in live scores from the Web site and update in real time. I believe the information come across in json format.
Essentially, I want to be able to import live sports scores/other information from websites to excel. From there I will use the total scores along with other worksheets information to automatically upload to Vmix software and be displayed in scoreboard graphics display.
So I need you to be able to create a spreadsheet whereby I can import live IN PLAY scores which update with a refresh rate of 1 second .see viable for this would be Live [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]). Do you have any other suggestions on the website that we can take the scores from?
I’m open to suggestions so if you have a better way of achieving the same result i would be more than happy to hear you out.
