I can start immediately why not make it a web based solution ? the it can be used in cross platform can be even used in mobile or the desktop gui is the requirement ? I will make GUI in Python i will be scraping in python btw, layout is almost the same in the both domains so little effort in making the changes last but not least, do you need it cross platform or for windows/mac/linux any one of those ?

As i am not a Frontend developer, I can make this project using Python3 which you can run through terminal or cmd. once run, it will process the website and will save the result into the Excell file.
