I have 21 million email addresses that I need 2 emails sent out to. I need the addresses validated and all the dead ones removed, even if it means only have a couple million left over. I want a list that is valid and sorted into .com / .de / etc domain names. The best bid with best promising results wins. I'd like this done within 24 hours of choosing a provider.
