(OPEN TO OFFERS) Web or Software Developer needed for small Maps based automation/scripting project

Hi! I represent a company looking for a “nearly” automated solution in using maps to locate jobs. The company provides services to customers across the country. We rely on maps heavily to provide services and assign jobs to contractors. We usually update maps a few times daily, which is time-consuming, and we would like an automated solution in where we can feed the program CSV files (some with a standard format, some nonstandard), and the program would provide us with pins across a web-based map. We will provide you with a CSV file with the necessary data such as addresses, job name, time of jobs, etc. We would like the solution to be able to: 1. Process the CSV file, parse the file to find necessary data to perform the following steps. 2. Place “pins” on the map, and customize the colors of the pins according to the job’s starting times. 3. Each “pin” on the map must list necessary informations included in the CSV file. 4. Create a layer for each job date, so we can view one day’s worth of jobs instead of viewing several days worth of jobs which clutters up the map. 5. Fix errors if the pin isn’t able to be placed due to an error in the CSV file, such as erasing the street address so a pin would be placed in only the zip code. We will provide examples of common errors that pops up. 6. Allow a remote team to access the web based solution. AND THOSE MOST IMPORTANT STEPS: 6. Allow us to customize pins (contractor’s names, colors of pins, etc), and STORE the customized pin’s data, so when the map is updated, the customized pins’ data will CARRY OVER to the new map updates, so no customized data is lost. 7. Allow us to add jobs that are NOT on the CSV file and retain that data for each update. 8. Parse different kinds of CSV files (different formats) We’re open to all bids and innovative solutions, and we need the following information from you: 1. Your resume 2.
