Face Swap application on Web

We are looking for a team that will deliver a full product.
An analog of the Doublicat application is needed ([login to view URL]).
We need just the web version, available for all browsers and to be used from any device type (Android, Windows, iOS, Mac).
The functional difference between Doublicat and our application would be the sound.
Duplicate is based on soundless gifs but we need video-based swaps with audio.
What would the site contain?
A simple design, with the menu bar above and below a list of videos, with a 3-5 second preview function when you hover the mouse over the video, e.g. Youtube, and a footer.
The user accesses the site, chooses one of the proposed videos (let's say 100) as there will be. Then hit the dedicated page of the selected video. There he has to take a selfie or choose a picture from the gallery, then manually (if it's easier) select the face on the selfie and send it for processing.
During this time the application must change the user's face with the one in the video, after what he becomes the main character in that video.
After the video is processed, it appears to the user with some buttons below available to share in STORY (not post in feed): Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Vk.
We'll need a script for self-destructing files that were created 2 days ago. Not to take up much space on the server.
We also need an admin panel for administration. In which you can add articles with new videos for swaps.
The important part is to optimize the platform to be able to execute swaps and withstand high flow, for example, 1000 swaps from 1000 users at the same time
