Mikrotik Configuration

Hi, I need to configure my CLOUD MIKROTIK that has pool of public IP's. I need every IP handle incoming VOIP traffic to Local device in different countrys.
I guess I need a VPN because in every country I have phisical Mikrotik. I don't know if quality of voice can be affected. If you know about this. Let me know.
