Looking for a podcast producer

We are a technology services company providing software development, software outsourcing, testing, maintenance & IT staff augmentation solutions to companies from all around the world. We are looking to launch a podcast show for the IT and entrepreneurial industry. We are aiming to produce a 15 minute podcast every 2 weeks, and scale up if needed. We're looking for an experienced podcast producer/editor who can do the following: Help us plan a Podcast content calendar ( suggest topics related to the IT and entrepreneurship industry) Write a script with the specific topic for that podcast Record it and edit it from start to finish to make sure it’s in high quality, leaving out stammering, long or awkward silence, heavy breaths, and any annoying and unnecessary noise. You would need to handle the audio-production enhancements, including vocal balancing, vocal compression, noise reduction, hiss/hum removal, and equalization. You would need to convert the podcast to high-quality MP3 (proper ID3 Meta Tags, Album Art, Title, and SEO Tags if possible) Make recommendations on how we can launch the best podcast possible….
