Build an excel combinations table with rules for fantasy football -- 2

I am looking for someone to build an excel combinations table calculator for fantasy football lineups. This will require expert knowledge in excel and VBA to complete. The table will need to generate to combination possibilities of 100 players.
1. one player will need to be selected from the players CPT pool and five players from the FLEX pool for each combination. Players can only be included in the lineup once.
2. lineups must not have a combined salary above $50,000 (Only show $50,000 and less) This should reduce the number of possible combinations.
3. The output combinations should be summarized on the combinations results tab in the example provided.
Column A is for the CPT player
Column B - F Are for Flex Players
Column G should combine the salaries of the players in the lineup
Column H should combine the Players average score
4. One player form the CPT and five players from the FLEX pool make up a line up - These are located on the tab called Data Set in Column E.
5. Name + ID (Column B on the Data Set Tab) will be used on the Combination results tab output in cells as shown in the example.
6. At least on player for each team will need to be included in each lineup. Do not need lineups that have all players from one team. column H on the Data Set tab has the teams. This will need to allow for any combination of 32 teams not just the two teams shown. ( I know this is very tough to do and may not be achievable, if it is I will add a bonus)
