I am looking for a virtual administrative assistant. This person must live in the central time zone of America, be a native speaker of English. Must have excellent computer skills, communication skills, be able to operate in a rapid setting. This person should be able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and other common software systems. Must be detailed oriented. I deal with a lot of US government contracts so a background check will be done. Must be a US citizen. If you live in OKC that is a big plus but not required. This position is strictly part-time on an as needed basis. This is not a full time position and will never be a full time job. This person will help keep me on schedule, send emails, submit bids to the US Government, make and confirm appointments. Must have a computer, phone, printer, copier, scanner and fax.
