1) Do data entry for bookkeeping for a one-man limited company. Maximum of 24 invoices / year. Maximum of 10 direct purchases / year (insurance, accounting fees, etc). Directors monthly expense claims have remainder of purchases (stationary / telephone / travel etc).
2) Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
3) Transfer data files to our accountant at year end.
Currently we use Quicken ( but open to other systems). Expense categories etc are sorted out. Have done this ourselves for last 18 years, but now too busy.
