I hold a Business and Commercial Certificate from Switzerland and following my background in business travel and aviation I have an excellent customer service that will be a plus to become your virtual assistant or virtual receptionist.
I am very social and neat. I like to interact with people, always make sure to listen to them and remain very attentive to their needs. It is very important to me that my customers feel confident, attentive and comfortable in my presence.

I am at ease with MS Office, excellent writing skills and manage all administrative matters with pleasure.

French is my mother tongue, I speak fluently English after living a year in United States and have a good conversational Spanish after living 8 months in Panama.
