Virtual Assistant to manage accounts/customer service and order capture for food brand

Food brand seeks an organized and well-spoken individual to manage our wholesale customers by calling the stores to capture orders.
We're a start-up food brand that manufactures and sells nut butter and other healthy/clean-label spreads. We're based on NYC and have about 100 or so retail grocery stores that sell our product who need to be called on once a month/6weeks to provide customer service, capture their orders and process those orders in our internal system. You would also be required to manage accounts receivable for these accounts when they are overdue and coordinate with their accounting team to make sure steps are taken to get us paid in a timely manner.
