This position is full time (35+ hours/week) and is MOSTLY Customer Service (I’ll explain below), so you can connect and serve our community and our clients AND you can spread your wings and do other things that contribute to our overall team success + making a difference in people's lives. The position MAINLY includes: *Customer Service VA responsibilities (email, live chat, fb messenger, a tiny bit of phone as well) *Some social media support (we have an active fb group) *Use of major platforms that we use daily (MailChimp + Kajabi mainly-you do NOT have to know them, but you DO have to be eager & excited to learn & master them) ALSO includes: *Some operations responsibilities (stat gathering, spreadsheet preparation, etc) The position pays $17-23/hr to START.
