Project Management Virtual Assistant

About Me:
I am an entrepreneur that is looking for help to expand the brand to become a household name. I am a legal document preparation service. We are not a law office but here to help people that cannot afford an attorney.
I need someone to do various tasks that I do not have time to do:
-Posting on social media with a social media crm
-Engaging with the community and building community online at my direction
-Project Management
-implementing a crm and managing it
-keeping track of my work calendar
-Developing a system of procedures for the business
-Filing, creating documents organizing documents for the business
-helping me to delegate the job duties to other team members
-Making sure the team members accomplish their tasks in a timely manner
-Building relationships with the community (at my direction)via social media
-clerical/admin miscellaneous tasks
- Other tasks as directed.
Personal Qualities:
Looking for someone that is really trustworthy, reliable, punctual, great critical thinking skills, good problem solving skills and can work independently with minimal supervision once I instruct on the task.
Having said that, I am great at teaching and addressing expectations. I am a great team player as well.
I would need you to be available atleast part of the time on Pacific time. Those are 8am to 6pm. I am flexible. For a great candidate I will work around your schedule. I am looking for someone that can be long term. We can start part-time and move into a full-time capacity. My last VA was with me for 5 years.
