I'm currently looking for a full-time virtual assistant. He or she must be able to work independently with a minimum amount of direction, be organized and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Primary duties: ** Outreach. Be in touch with website and social media account owners to develop content partnerships: repurpose or re-use their content, offering our content for their use, asking for and offering original content. ** Work with the content development team ensuring on time delivery and quality of submitted articles. ** Manage and build a following for business and personal social media accounts: ** Distribute newly posted content via a task list ** Community and User Growth ** Website user testing and error tracking ** Set up and maintain profiles on various websites as needed for content marketing purposes. ** Expense tracking. ** KEEPING ME ORGANIZED! ** Other tasks as assigned. Skills required: Communicate with an excellent standard of English Understanding of social media and Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ Demonstrated ability to learn how to use new online tools, software and services. Basic WordPress abilities – Upload, edit and post at a minimum Proficient in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and documents Ability to work with digital graphics would be a huge plus. Online Research Job Description: I have several Internet startups going on at different stages right now (and probably a couple of more on the way). Each needs attention, care and plenty of feeding in order to get them off of the ground. There are many repetitive tasks that need to be accomplished every day that eat up a huge amount of my time and keep me from focusing on the growth and development of these projects. Primarily, I need help with growing and managing several social media accounts; editing and posting provided content to a few WordPress websites and then marketing that content so that it reaches a larger audience. Your ability to work effectively with social media is paramount to your success in this position. I will provide plenty of direction during the learning process but truly value that person who is always learning to do things better and more efficiently on their own, too. The majority of our communication will be through email and Google Docs but video conferencing and phone calls will be required weekly; Skype should be fine. In time, I truly need a person who understands my overall goals and is confident enough to bring me new solutions and, most importantly, be a self starter: Get things done, do them better and always work towards overall growth of these projects without me having to give you that direction. Hours: 40 hours a week. You can be from and live anywhere in the world as long as you have a suitable place to work, free of most distractions, a reliable Internet connection and the ability to communicate with me daily. Seriously… anywhere in the world. I would very much prefer someone who is willing to work hours no more than +/- 6 hours time difference from Central Standard Time (somewhere between Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time to Greenwich Mean Time), though I am open to negotiate this based on the assistant's overall merits. You will be free to schedule your week out as needed but we should have time several days each week to briefly discuss business items in person.

My name is Chris and I am based in the U.S. (Western Colorado); I've been a hobbyist and, at times, Internet entrepreneur for the last 15 years. Over the years I've gained many insights and experiences and, in fact, have done all of the tasks which you seek to distance yourself from. I've ran affiliate marketing campaigns (best: $1,900 in a week with a $300 ad-spend) and designed sites for a variety of clients using HTML, Drupal, Wordpress and Adobe Business Catalyst. I've worked quite a bit over the last few years on marketing automation and I'm proficient in software such as WPRobot, Multipress and Prosociate. I've worked with SEO software like SEnuke and Sick Marketing. I can set-up sites at your request with only the slightest of guidance (basically, I just need to know your goal and I can make it happen). So... that's a bit about my experience. I also have over a dozen certifications over the past decade (5 in the last 3 years) ranging from Google E-business to CIW Web Design Specialist if those types of credentials are of value to you, I can certainly provide verification links to each one. With all of this being said, I cannot meet the budget as set for a 40 hour work week - but I would propose that, in all sincerity, I can accomplish the same goal in a fraction of the time that most VAs and, frankly, even Wordpress developers can.
