(b) HOME Microsites/Portal - MyHome Player, ULTERA MyBRO registration, Kaasenso Call All, Asian Mens’ Volleyball, Pacquio-Bradley, March Madness (NCAA), FIBA Gilas Registration portal, Last Home Stand, FIBR Waiters’ Nomination, PLP KasKas to Win, CYBERYA. • Facilitated video streaming of Winter Olympics to all PLDT employees via ISNET. • Managed the implementation of HOME Launch via Live Video Streaming (simultaneous inPLDT premises - RCB, Baguio, Cebu, Davao)using video conferencing technology. It also enabled PLDT employees nationwide (thru ISNET) to watch the live event at RCB. • Directed the deployment and maintenance of Gilas videos, and other artists (e.g. “Rihanna”) for streaming straight toPC’s and Android/IOS devices of our subscribers. • Orchestrated the deployment, testing and enhancement of Agentless Fault Ticket Creation IVR which simplified (thru automation) the filing of customer complaint and feedback on Voice-related trouble. • Managed the implementation of Cybergate Call Center (130 Workstations or Agent positions)at Pioneer St. Mandaluyong which expanded Home RETENTION campaigns and Re-acquisitions programs. • Led the enhancement of Network Resiliency at Citimotors, Makati for HOME Customer Care which houses 600 active/seated agents at peak hours daily. • Managed the deployment & maintenance of HomeBro Collection Contact Center at PLDT Sampaloc which streamlined Collection efforts of PLDT Credit & Collection team. • In-charge of deployment, configuration and management of all CLOUD servers hosting various HOME applications and contents, aside from HOME servers/platforms deployed at PLDT East Ave., QC. • Administered the deployment and management of AskPLDT Digital – IVR, SMS. This infra is geared on empowering our subscribers w/ a “Do-it-Yourself” (agentless) customer service, thus, de-loading our hotlines.
