Alexa skill that posts the email address of the registered device user to a REST API

I want an Alexa skill called "Independence Protector" created that is activated by saying "I have fallen over". It should then say "I'm sorry to hear you've had an accident, would you like me to send a message to your emergency contacts?". If the user responds "Yes" then the email address the devices is registered to should be posted to a HTTP REST API. If the API responds 201, the device should say "I have successfully messaged your emergency contacts", otherwise the skill should say "I could not message your emergency contacts right now, please try again in a few minutes".
