Videographer

Need a videographer to capture both video and audio of a live presentation being made by a financial advisor in Nashville, TN. We need a fairly tight shot of the speaker as he moves around the seminar as he will be giving about a :45 minute to 1 hour presentation with slides. We would like it filmed in high res (4k preferred but could also do 1080) - using a commercial quality camera - with a strong boom mic or mic him up with a wireless lav. Both Audio and Video capture. Also would like to have a device like a gopro to capture the slides he is one...this is not for the finished video but just to capture the time when presenter changes slides. LOCATION: NASHVILLE, TN WEEK OF: JUNE 13 (THURSDAY JUNE 13) TIME ONSITE: 2-3 hours at most - one hour setup, one hour film, one hour breakdown and depart
