Video Editing With Camtasia

I'm looking for a creative video editor to help me edit the training and tutorial videos that I post on my YouTube Channel. This isn't anything cinematic these are pretty basic videos where I would need you to edit the gaps/fillers in my videos, add background music, add lower thirds & picture graphics in the beginning and endings of the video i.e. subscribe button, notification bell, a graphic of my free lead magnet, the title of the video, instagram handle, call to action, etc.
I use Camtasia so it would be helpful if the editor had a Camtasia account so I can share the files directly to your Camtasia account without having to do any pre-editing myself...
